Teaching Practice Observation
As part of the B.Ed. internship programme, a teaching practice observation was conducted at GVHSS Kannur, Talap, Kannur, Kerala, on 18 February 2026 at 11:36 AM. The purpose of this observation was to understand the teaching-learning process, classroom management, and overall school environment.
The school campus is well-maintained and provides a suitable atmosphere for academic activities. The infrastructure includes properly arranged classrooms, staff rooms, and other essential facilities. The surroundings were clean and organized, contributing to a positive learning environment.
During the observation, the teaching process was found to be systematic and student-centered. The teacher used simple and clear language to explain the lesson, which helped students understand the concepts effectively. Students were attentive, cooperative, and actively participated in classroom activities. The teacher maintained discipline in the classroom and encouraged interaction through questioning and discussion.
The observation emphasized the importance of effective communication, lesson planning, and classroom management. The student-teachers present during the observation maintained professionalism and showed keen interest in learning teaching techniques.
