LANGUAGE EXHIBITION
The Language Club of MCCTE Mahe organized a vibrant Language Exhibition on 06 September 2024 at 10:00 AM in the college campus. The exhibition aimed to showcase the richness of different languages, promote linguistic awareness, and encourage students to explore diverse forms of communication.
The programme began with an introduction by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of multilingualism and the need to appreciate the cultural value embedded in various languages. Students prepared and displayed a wide range of exhibits, including charts, posters, language trees, phonetic charts, vocabulary boards, scripts, and cultural artefacts representing different languages.
Participants enthusiastically explained their exhibits, demonstrating creativity, research skills, and a deep understanding of linguistic features. The exhibition created an engaging and informative atmosphere, enabling students and visitors to learn about pronunciation patterns, language families, writing systems, and the cultural backgrounds of different languages.
The session concluded with appreciation from the coordinators for the students’ efforts and innovative presentations. Overall, the Language Exhibition was a successful and enriching programme that effectively promoted linguistic diversity and enhanced students’ interest in language learning.
