HEALTH CLUB INAUGURATION
The Health Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe was inaugurated on 1st April 2024 with the aim of promoting health, hygiene, and wellness among student teachers. The program was coordinated by Dr. Sreelatha K (General Coordinator), Mr. Arun U (IQAC Coordinator), and Ms. Padmalekha V.M (Teacher Coordinator).
The inaugural session included a welcome address, presidential and inaugural speeches, followed by felicitation. The importance of physical and mental health in teaching was highlighted, and future activities like yoga sessions, awareness talks, and medical check-ups were announced.
The event created awareness about the need for a healthy lifestyle and encouraged students to actively participate in the club’s initiatives. The program was a success, marking a significant step towards holistic development in the college.
