Report on World Wildlife Day

United Nations World Wildlife Day (WWD) is celebrated every year on March 3 to celebrate wild animals and plants. Every year, we recognize the unique roles and contributions of wildlife to people and the planet.
The WWD 2024 Theme is "Connecting People and Planet: Exploring Digital Innovation in Wildlife Conservation".
In the online meeting, Megha Mohan, first year B.Ed Physical science student, presented a speech. She explained the history, theme and significance of wildlife photography contest that was organised at the department level. Prayoj MK from first year B.Ed Biological science department won the first prize. Anusha M from first year B.Ed Mathematics department and Siham Rahim from first year B.Ed English department secured the second and third position respectively."
