The Science Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe organized a Skit Presentation on 23rd March 2024 at 11:00 AM with the objective of promoting scientific awareness through creative expression and dramatization. The event aimed to help students communicate scientific concepts and social messages in an engaging and relatable manner.

The programme began with a welcome address, introducing the purpose of the skit activity and emphasizing the importance of integrating science with performing arts for effective learning.

1. Skit Theme and Performance

Students prepared and performed a skit based on themes related to science and everyday life, such as:

  • Environmental conservation

  • Importance of hygiene and sanitation

  • Scientific temper and critical thinking

  • Effects of pollution on ecosystems

  • Role of science in modern society

The performance creatively portrayed scientific ideas using dialogues, role play, and situational enactments. Through humour and storytelling, the skit successfully conveyed meaningful lessons to the audience.
