 BLOOD DONATION CAMP CONDUCTED BY EVENT MANAGEMENT CLUB OF MCCTE MAHE

The Event Management Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized a compassionate and socially impactful Blood Donation Camp on 16 May 2025 at 10:00 AM in the college campus. The programme aimed to promote social responsibility, encourage voluntary blood donation, and support community health initiatives.

The event commenced with a welcome address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of blood donation in saving lives and strengthening community welfare. The camp was conducted in collaboration with a professional medical team, ensuring safe and efficient procedures throughout the programme.

Students, faculty members, and staff actively participated in the camp, demonstrating enthusiasm and humanitarian spirit. Donors were guided through registration, health check-ups, and the donation process under the supervision of trained medical professionals. Proper care was taken to ensure donor safety and comfort at every stage.

Awareness messages on the significance of regular blood donation, eligibility, and health benefits were also shared, motivating more individuals to become responsible donors. Refreshments were provided to all participants after donation as part of the post-care protocol.
