WORLD ENERGY DAY AWARENESS TALK

 

 World Energy Day – Awareness Talk

The Energy Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized an Awareness Talk in connection with World Energy Day on 14 February 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the college campus.

The programme aimed to promote awareness about the global energy crisis, the need for sustainable energy practices, and the importance of responsible energy consumption. The session emphasized the role of individuals in conserving energy and adopting eco-friendly habits to protect the environment.

The talk covered key themes such as renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, environmental impacts of excessive energy use, and practical measures that students can adopt in their daily lives. The resource person highlighted the significance of transitioning to clean energy solutions to ensure a sustainable future.

Students participated actively by asking questions and sharing their views on energy conservation and environmental responsibility. The session helped them develop a deeper understanding of global energy challenges and the importance of adopting sustainable lifestyle choices.
