B.Ed. Orientation Programme – Session 4

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe organised Session 4 of the B.Ed. Orientation Programme titled “Student Representation & Digital Connectivity” on 13 August 2026 at the College Auditorium.

The session was organised to familiarise the newly admitted B.Ed. students with the importance of student representation and digital connectivity in the college. The programme aimed to help students understand their role in the academic community and the various digital platforms and facilities available for effective communication and participation.

The resource person for the session was Mr. Pradyoth S., Assistant Professor, MCCTE. He provided the students with valuable information regarding student representation, participation in college activities and the importance of maintaining effective communication within the institution. He also introduced the students to the digital facilities and platforms used by the college for academic and administrative purposes.

The session highlighted the importance of responsible student participation, digital awareness and effective use of technology in the academic environment. The students gained a better understanding of their responsibilities as members of the college community and the ways in which digital platforms can support their academic activities and communication.

The programme was organised under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K., Principal, MCCTE, and coordinated by Mr. Arun U., IQAC Co-ordinator and Assistant Professor, MCCTE.

The session concluded successfully and provided the students with useful insights into student representation, institutional participation and digital connectivity.
