The program began with an inaugural address by Dr. Sreelatha K, Principal of MCCTE. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of AIDS awareness and how creative platforms like drama can be instrumental in disseminating important social messages. Her address set an encouraging and thoughtful tone for the event.
Two teams participated in the competition, both delivering compelling performances that successfully conveyed powerful messages related to AIDS awareness. The participants showcased creativity, emotional depth, and strong acting skills, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. After thorough evaluation, one team was selected to represent the college at the district-level competition.
Refreshments were served after the performances, providing an opportunity for interaction and discussion among the participants, faculty, and audience. The announcement of the winning team was met with great enthusiasm and appreciation for their performance and dedication.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Red Ribbon Club (RRC) Coordinator, who extended heartfelt gratitude to all participants, faculty members, and organizers for their efforts in making the event a resounding success.
