The Biological Science Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe conducted a Photography Contest on 22nd August 2024 at 11:30 AM with the objective of encouraging students to observe and appreciate the beauty of nature, biodiversity, and biological phenomena through the lens of a camera. The event aimed to promote scientific curiosity, creativity, and environmental awareness among students.

The programme began with a brief introduction on the purpose of the contest, emphasizing the role of photography in documenting the natural world and highlighting the importance of biodiversity conservation. Students were encouraged to capture photographs that showcased plants, animals, insects, natural landscapes, and ecological interactions.

Participants submitted a variety of photographs that reflected their keen observation skills and creativity.
