DRAMA COMPETITION
The Drama Club of MCCTE Mahe organized a Drama Competition on 23 April 2024 at 11:00 AM in the college campus. The event aimed to encourage theatrical expression, enhance acting skills, and provide students with a platform to showcase their creativity and performance abilities.
The programme began with a welcome address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of drama in developing confidence, communication skills, and teamwork. Several student groups participated, each presenting short plays based on diverse themes such as social issues, humor, moral values, and contemporary challenges.
Participants delivered strong performances with impressive dialogue delivery, expressive acting, creative costumes, and effective stage management. The audience responded enthusiastically, appreciating the effort and artistic talent displayed by the performers. The judging panel evaluated each performance based on criteria such as acting skills, script quality, creativity, teamwork, and overall stage presence.
The event concluded with the announcement of winners and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of all participating teams.
