The Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe organized a Law Day Celebration on 22 November 2022 at the College Auditorium. The programme was conducted with the objective of creating awareness among students about the importance of law, rights, and responsibilities in society.

As part of the celebration, an invited talk was arranged on the topic “Tune to Healthy Living.” The session was handled by Mr. Mahesh Kolora, Junior Health Inspector, who served as the resource person for the programme. The event commenced at 2.00 PM with the participation of students and faculty members.

During the session, the resource person spoke about the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the role of law and public health regulations in ensuring the well-being of society. He emphasized the importance of hygiene, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and awareness about health-related rules and regulations. The talk was informative and encouraged students to adopt healthy habits in their daily lives.

The programme provided an opportunity for the students to gain valuable insights into the relationship between law, health, and social responsibility. The session was interactive, and students actively participated by asking questions and sharing their views.

The Law Day Celebration 2022 concluded successfully with a sense of awareness and motivation among the participants to promote healthy living and responsible citizenship.

The Physical Science Department of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe organized a Children’s Day Celebration on 14th November with great enthusiasm and joy. The programme was conducted to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who had a deep affection for children and believed that they are the future of the nation.

The celebration aimed at creating awareness about the importance of children in society and promoting happiness, creativity, and togetherness among students. The programme began with a brief introduction highlighting the significance of Children’s Day and the contributions of Jawaharlal Nehru towards the development and welfare of children.

Various enjoyable and engaging activities were organized as part of the celebration. Students actively participated in the programme, making the event lively and memorable. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as participants shared their talents and enjoyed the festive spirit of the occasion.
